MCC Expands Portfolio with 100V P-Channel MOSFETs

MCC has expanded its portfolio with the introduction of four advanced P-channel MOSFETs, engineered for high-performance applications including battery protection, motor drives, and high-side switching. The new components, MCAC085P10, MCAC055P10, MCU055P10, and MCU085P10 that are designed to deliver superior efficiency and reliability in challenging environments.

With a maximum on-resistance of  55-85 milli-ohms, these MOSFETs optimize system efficiency and minimize power dissipation. By leveraging trench MOSFET technology, they enhance current capacity while maintaining excellent thermal performance.
