The Organizing Committee of the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS)is pleased to invite you to the 46th edition of the annual conference – CAS 2023, an IEEE event, taking place in the period October 11-13, 2023 in Sinaia, Romania, at Hotel Sinaia., CAS conference provides a platform for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The conference facilitates the exchange of scientific and technical information covering a broad range of topics, from semiconductor device physics, technology and integrated circuits to micro- and nanotechnologies, including micro-nanoelectronics and micro-nanosystems technologies, encompassing all relevant aspects such as modelling and simulation, design, measurement., CAS conference annually attracts around 130 participants who enjoy a comprehensive technical program including technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops., The technical program is complemented by social events: a Welcome Cocktail, a trip and a Banquet including the Best papers Awards ceremony., The accepted papers (4 pages) at CAS conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements., CAS Proceedings volumes are available in IEEE Xplore database for each conference edition each starting 1995.
