Designed for power magnetic component designers and industry players, the workshop targets higher power densities, improved efficiency, and thermal performance. The 2024 theme centers on optimal magnetics across diverse applications and environments. Notable experts, including Johan Kolar and Jannik Schafer, will kick off the workshop with insights into magnetics' role in automotive and data center trends.
The agenda features presentations on magnetics design and optimization by experts from Frenetic, CPES, Mircometals, and Cornell Dubilier. Interactive sessions, including tabletop demos and posters by industry leaders, aim to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Keynote speaker Charles Sullivan will delve into special design issues in the afternoon, covering thermal, dielectric, and insulation design.
