PEDG 2023 will offer an internationally visible platform for presenting cutting-edge findings in the field of power electronics and distributed generation systems. It is sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) and organized by the PELS Technical Committee on Sustainable Energy Systems, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Shanghai Power Supply Society.
The theory, analysis, design, deployment, and impact of power electronics for distributed generation, energy storage, and sustainable sources will be covered in plenary speeches, tutorials, and regular technical sessions at PEDG 2023. Emerging configurations, controls, applications, and testing methods for renewable energy systems will receive special consideration in order to meet goals for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
It will be a hybrid event (both in person and virtually) for PEDG 2023. The papers presented at the conference will all be EI-indexed and archived in IEEE Xplore. The IEEE PELS journals JESTPE and TPEL will be inviting selected manuscripts for possible publication in special issues/special sections. The selection will be made based on the results of the PEDG 2023 evaluation as well as participant comments on the conference presentation. Additionally, rewards for the best papers and student travel scholarships will be given out.
