AiT Semiconductor releases A6250A series LDO Voltage Regulators. A6250A series is a group of positive voltage output, low power consumption, low dropout voltage, and three-terminal regulator. It can provide 250 mA output current when the input/output voltage differential drops to 430 mV (VOUT=2.8 V). The very low power consumption of A6250A (IQ=1.0 μA) can greatly improve the natural life of batteries.
A6250A can provide output value in the range of 1.1 V~5.5 V in 0.1 V steps. It also can be customized on command. It includes high accuracy voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit, and output driver module. A6250A has well load transient response and good temperature characteristics, and it uses a trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within ±2%. The A6250A is available in SOT-23, SOT-25, and SOT89-3 packages.
