MCC Introduces Super Junction MOSFETs for High Power Industrial Applications

MCC introduces four super junction (SJ) MOSFETs: MSJB11N80A-TP, MSJP09N65A-BP, MSJP11N80A-BP, and MSJPF11N80A-BP. These advanced components are perfect for Industrial applications where high-current and ESD protection - up to 2KV(HM) - are critical.

Available in three packages - D2-PAK, TO-220AB(H), and TO-220F - MCC’s SJ solutions are ideal for a wide range of devices. With low RDS(on) and minimal conduction losses, these products guarantee efficiency and reliability for power supplies, renewable energy systems, motor drives, and more. Plus, the TO-Leadless (TOLL) options offer a compact design for added flexibility.

An ultra-low gate charge also reduces driving requirements and switching losses. And a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C only adds to these components’ versatility and usefulness.
