CISSOID will be exhibiting at PCIM Asia, the international meeting ground for specialists in power electronics and its applications in drive technologies and power quality, which will take place in Shanghai from 29 to 31 August 2023. The company will present its modular SiC Inverter Reference Design leveraging on its robust SiC Gate Driver technology and its compact SiC Intelligent Power Module Platform.

CISSOID will exhibit its new modular Silicon Carbide (SiC) inverter reference design supporting electric motor drives up to 350 kW/850 V. The reference design includes CISSOID’s high voltage SiC-based power module, integrated Gate Driver board, Control board with Silicon Mobility’s ultra-fast and safe OLEA T222 FPCU, DC and phase current sensors, DC link capacitor and EMI filtering together with integrated liquid cooling. CISSOID will also sell and deliver Silicon Mobility’s OLEA APP INVERTER Software for Electric Vehicle Powertrain Control providing the customer with a development platform ready for integration work.
