Aimtec’s new PV series includes the AM350W-NZ, a 350 W enclosed DC/DC converter and the AM15W-JZ, a 15 W encapsulated DC/DC converter. Both provide an ultra-wide input voltage range of 200-1500VDC, high efficiency of up to 92%, and low no-load power consumption for energy-sensitive applications. The AM350W-NZ can be used in high altitude applications, up to 5000 m and the 15 W model comes with optional chassis mounting or DIN rail bracket mounting plates.
Input under-voltage, reverse input voltage, output short circuit, over-current, and over-voltage protections are included to maintain the system’s stability and avoid frequent restarts. These protections greatly reduce the probability of power supply failure while enhancing the safety performance and the load under abnormal working conditions.
Offering an MTBF of over 300,000h and an isolation voltage of up to 4000 VAC, these models can be used in photovoltaic power generation, energy storage BMS, high voltage inverters, and other related applications.
