Nisshinbo Micro Devices, a leading provider of advanced analog electronic devices, RF, and microwave products, has recently unveiled the NJW4250 voltage tracker series. It features a 45 V input voltage (absolute maximum rating) and 50 mA output current. The adjustable adjust input voltage from 2.5 V to 36 V, and ±5 mV output voltage accuracy over the operating temperature range are guaranteed. NJW4250 has high-precision tracking output voltage, thermal shutdown function, and overcurrent protection function, and is ideal for off-board sensors in automotive applications that require high reliability. A low quiescent current of 40 μA and SOT-23-5 small package make the NJW4250 achieve low power and space saving of the system.
