CODACA Introduces Automotive Qualified Power Inductors for Power Supplies Applications

CODACA, a national high-tech enterprise with focus on developing and manufacturing magnetic components such as power inductors, has introduced CSAB1770 series, a portfolio of molding power chokes that are designed for use in automotive applications based on AEC-Q200 requirements. These chokes are well shielded using specialized materials that prevent external RF signals from interfering with it or other electronic components within the same system.

They offer inductance values from 0.68 to 150 µH with an inductance tolerance of ±20%. These chokes provide a saturation current of up to 57 A and an RMS current of less than 35 A.

Key features

  1. Magnetic shielded structure: excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference(EMI).
  2. A composite structure, ultra low buzz noise.
  3. Low loss, high efficiency, wide application frequency.
  4. Lightweight design, save space, suitable for high density SMT.
  5. Die-casting by low loss alloy powder, low impedance, small parasitic capacitance.
  6. AEC-Q200 Compliant Products.
  7. Operating temperature : -40ºC ~ +125ºC  (Including coil’s temperature rise).

These inductors are available in surface-mount packages that measure 17.0 x 17.8 x 7.0 mm.
