Micro Commercial Components Introduces 40 V N-Channel MOSFETs for Automotive Applications

To meet the growing demands of the automotive industry, MCC Semi has announced the addition of two AEC-Q101 qualified, 40 V N-channel MOSFETs: MCAC180N04YHE3-TP and MCTL320N04YQ-TP

These MOSFETs feature low drain-source on-resistance and excellent thermal performance in DFN5060 and TOLL package sizes that seamlessly integrate into popular automotive applications.

MCC's new MOSFETs are made to perform in harsh conditions and meet the stringent industry standards of AEC-Q101. With optimized thermal properties, a low junction-to-case thermal resistance, and operating junction temps up to 175°C, these components ensure effective heat dissipation and stable operation. Leveraging split-gate trench technology means they deliver efficient and reliable performance. 

A high power density package enables our MOSFETs to handle a range of applications with ease and control — from battery management systems to electric power steering, seat controls, lighting controls, and electric water pumps.
