AiT Semiconductor Introduces LDO Regulators for Battery Powered Applications

AiT Semiconductor, a leading fabless IC design company ISO9001/ISO14001 registered, devoted to the design and marketing of analog & mixed-signal integrated circuits, has introduced the A6303C series, CMOS-based low drop-out voltage regulator (LDO) that has been optimized for battery-powered systems.

The A6303C performance is optimized to deliver ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. The A6303C is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series. The A6303C consumes only 0.01μA current in shutdown mode and has a fast turn-on time (Typically 50μs). The other features include ultra-low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
