The Organizing Committee of the International Semiconductor Conference (CAS), an IEEE event, invites everyone to attend the 47th edition. CAS 2024 will take place in the historical mountain resort of Sinaia, Romania, from 9 to 11 October 2024.
The conference will bring together prominent researchers, academic experts, students, and industry specialists to share innovative ideas and recent advances in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The participants will enjoy a comprehensive technical program including oral and poster sessions, invited presentations, special sessions for student papers, and satellite events, as well as social events: Welcome Cocktail, trip, and Banquet including the ceremony for Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards.
Authors are invited to submit original papers in one of the conference topics:
Important dates
- Regular papers submission: June 3, 2024
- Notification of papers acceptance: June 28, 2024
- Final submission of accepted papers: July 10, 2024
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers. The accepted papers of 4 pages presented at the CAS conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals, the contributions being refereed according to the standards of the Journals. Authors have also the option of submitting 2 pages papers that could be selected for presentation at the conference only and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
The students' participation in the CAS conference is strongly encouraged. The conference includes special sessions for student papers and offers reduced registration fees.
