YAGEO Group has launched two high-power transient voltage suppressor diodes, the TVS - SMAJ-HP6AT and 1.5SMBJ-AT series, providing outstanding over-voltage protection along with high power and reliability.
The SMAJ-HP6AT series, using the SMA package, offers 600 W high-power performance, 1.5 times higher than the industry standard of 400 W. The 1.5SMBJ-AT series provides a 1500 W high-power performance, twice as much as the industry standard of 600 W. Under the same SMA or SMB packaging conditions, these diodes assist designers in applying high-power components within limited space.
