Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has launched two bipolar transistors "TTA014 and TTC023", suitable for gate drive circuits in power devices, current switches of consumer equipment and industrial equipment, and LED drive circuits. The collector-emitter voltage rating and collector current (DC) rating of TTA014 is -120 V/-2.5 A and that of TTC023 is 120 V/3 A.
The new products TTA014 and TTC023 are Toshiba’s first -120 V and 120 V bipolar transistors with Toshiba’s New PW-Mold package. This has expanded the range of product selection.
