AiT Semiconductor, a leading fabless IC design company ISO9001/ISO14001 registered, devoted to the design and marketing of analog & mixed-signal integrated circuits, has introduced the A7222A, a fully integrated, high-efficiency 2 A synchronous rectified step-down converter. The A7222A operates at high efficiency over a wide output current load range.

This device offers two operation modes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load. The A7222A is available in the SOT-26 package.
