Taiwan Semiconductor has introduced an automotive-qualified Trench Schottky Surface Mount Rectifier with a junction temperature of 175°C. These rectifiers have been engineered to deliver a superior balance between forward voltage drop and leakage current. Additionally, they exhibit excellent switching behavior and resilience against thermal runaway.
