RECOM, a leader in innovative circuit design and packaging techniques, has announced the launch of its latest RPL and RPH series of buck converters. These cutting-edge components offer ratings ranging from 1 A to 20 A, catering to a wide range of applications requiring high power density and cost-effectiveness.
The RPL-1.0 is designed to operate over an input range of 3 to 22 V, providing an adjustable output of 0.6 to 12 V at 1 A. Its compact 3 x 3 mm LGA-M footprint and 2 mm height make it ideal for space-constrained environments. With an efficiency of 84% typical at 5 V in and 3.3 Vout, the RPL-1.0 ensures optimal performance even in demanding conditions.
For higher power requirements, the RPH-3.0 offers an adjustable output of 1 to 15 V at 3 A, with an input range of 4.5 to 55 V. Its efficiency of up to 91% and compact QFN package make it a versatile choice for various applications.
The feature-packed RPL-10 and RPL-20 models provide ratings of 10 A and 20 A respectively, offering programmable outputs and high efficiency of up to 94%. These converters come with integrated magnetics and comprehensive protection features, making them suitable for consumer, industrial, telecom, medical, and other applications where efficiency and power density are critical.
