MCC has introduced its latest automotive arsenal — the SKxxFLQ series Schottky barrier rectifiers. With voltages from 40 V to 200 V, these six components are meticulously engineered to meet AEC-Q101 standards and exceed engineer expectations.
These Schottky barrier rectifiers offer high surge capability and a low-profile design with a maximum standing height of 1.25 mm (about 50% shorter than the traditional SMA package). These rectifiers with current capabilities of 3 A or 5 A are optimal for a broad range of applications where space is limited. From SMPS and freewheeling diodes to rectification, MCC’s new components elevate performance and reliability.
All six components in the SKxxFLQ series offer the ideal combination for unmatched performance in a compact form factor: high surge capability and a low-profile design compatible with the SMA package.
