AiT Semiconductor Introduces High Voltage Operational Amplifier for Medical Instrumentation

AiT Semiconductor has unveiled the AO1007, a high voltage single precision operational amplifier, that has a gain-bandwidth product of 2 MHz, a slew rate of 1.2 V/µs, and a quiescent current of 1 mA at a wide power supply range.

The AO1007 offers low offset and long-term stability using a low noise and high voltage operational amplifier circuit. For most applications, external components are not required for offset nulling and frequency compensation. The AO1007 is designed to provide optimal performance in low-noise systems. It provides rail-to-rail output swing into heavy loads. The AO1007 is available in SOP8 package.
