Due to many requests for extending the paper submission deadline, the Technical Programme Committee of the 47th International Semiconductor Conference CAS, an IEEE EDS event, is glad to announce that the submission deadline has been extended to July 8, 2024.
CAS 2024 invites authors to submit papers on the following topics: Nanoscience and Nanoengineering; Micro- and Nanophotonics and Optoelectronics; Microwave and Millimeter Wave Circuits and Systems; Microsensors and Microsystems; Modelling; Semiconductor Devices; Integrated Circuits.
Best Student Paper Awards. Student's participation in the CAS Conference is strongly encouraged
The conference program will include special sessions for Student papers. To be eligible, the paper must be based on the student's work. When uploading the paper, the author should mark the option "Student contest". Students also benefit from special registration fees.

Extended papers
Extended versions of selected papers presented at the conference may be included in special issues of indexed journals, such as the Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology ROMJIST, an ISI, open access, free-of-charge publication of the Romanian Academy.
