Vishay has unveiled a low-profile Fast Switching Rectifier, the MRSE1PK, that is ideal for automated placement. These surface mount fast switching rectifiers are available in an enhanced surface mount power package (eSMP) that enables high current and power efficiency with a unique design that promotes better thermal performance and reliability.
