AiT Semiconductor has introduced the A4006, a single lithium battery charge indicator chip, using a CMOS process to achieve, a small size and ease of installation of portable products.
The A4006 with built-in comparator and feedback loop, to materialize the detection of the four voltage points. By the internal trimming technology, you can ensure a voltage detection accuracy of ±1 %. The output uses an OPENDRAIN structure, and the ease of customer use is IO ports or LED indication.
The A4006 is available in the SOT-26 package.
