SynQor has introduced its Military Field-Grade Power Conditioner (MPC-1250DC), specifically designed to meet the demanding electrical and environmental conditions of military and aerospace applications. This compact unit delivers 1250 W of power with fully regulated DC output options of 24 V, 28 V, or 48 V. Featuring ultra-low weight at just 22 lbs, sealed, weather-proof, and shock-proof construction, it is built for rugged field use.
The MPC-1250DC operates efficiently across a wide input voltage range (80-265 VAC, 22-33 VDC) and accepts both AC and DC inputs with power factor correction for optimal performance. Capable of full power operation from -40°C to +55°C and functioning at altitudes up to 18,000 feet, it is engineered to comply with stringent military standards such as MIL-STD-810G for environmental considerations, MIL-STD-461F for electromagnetic interference, and MIL-STD-1399-300B for shipboard systems.
Its ability to combine up to 32 units in parallel for higher power or redundancy makes it ideal for scalable applications. The unit offers constant current overload protection, suitable for lead-acid battery charging, and is equipped with dual input (AC and DC), user I/O ports, and configuration options, including an Ethernet port for remote management.
This field-grade power conditioner is designed and manufactured in the USA with full component traceability, ensuring reliability and compliance with international safety and quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-HDBK-217F. Available accessory options include various power cables, fan replacement kits, and rail mounting kits, further enhancing its flexibility and ease of use in harsh environments.
