MCC Semi has unveiled two 40 V high-performance Automotive MOSFETs engineered for the demanding auto sector. MCAC3D8N04YHQ and MCU3D8N04YHQ meet the challenges of balancing rapid switching and efficient thermal management.
Extreme automotive conditions have met their match thanks to AEC-Q101 qualification and operating junction temperatures of up to 175oC. A maximum on-resistance of 3.8 milli-ohms and a low gate charge ensures enhanced efficiency and minimized energy losses.
Superior thermal performance enables stable operation under heavy loads, reducing the risk of failure while extending the system lifespan. Available in compact DFN5060 and DPAK SMD packages, these MOSFETs offer high power density and rapid switching to meet the evolving needs of advanced automotive systems, as well as motor drives and DC-DC converters.
