Microchip has introduced the PD-6524GC PoE midspan that provides up to 15.4 W of PoE to IP telephones, wireless LAN access points, security network cameras, and many other types of data terminals over standard Ethernet data cables, leaving network infrastructure completely unaltered. By taking advantage of its plug-and-play installation, one can easily and cost-effectively leverage an existing Ethernet infrastructure to implement these midspans while also assuring a future-proof network.
For secure remote management, all PD-6524GC midspan includes Power View Pro management software.
