AESOLAR has launched a 1.022MWp solar project that actively provides clean energy to the community in Smederevska Palanka, Serbia, generating approximately 1.49 GWh annually. This project is part of a broader sustainability initiative, completed in collaboration with AESOLAR’s valued partner SPICEnergy, and falls under a package of clean energy projects spearheaded by Banca Intesa. The initiative has earned the prestigious "Best Team in Sustainability" award from Financecommunity, further solidifying the project's importance in driving the region’s green energy transition.

The project utilizes 2222 AE Aurora AE460MD-120 mono half-cut panels, which are optimized for high performance and reliability, ensuring the plant’s long-term sustainability, and generating approximately 1.49 GWh of clean energy annually. Beyond providing renewable energy, the plant directly lowers the region’s carbon footprint, preventing over 1,200 tons of CO₂ emissions annually, supporting Serbia’s broader environmental goals, which aim for net-zero emissions by 2050.
