Navitas Semiconductor has introduced the NV6128C, an advanced GaNFast power IC that builds upon the success of its predecessor, the NV6128. Designed for high-frequency and soft-switching topologies, this power IC significantly reduces quiescent current consumption, enabling enhanced energy efficiency and sustainability.
