The CSU3200ET-3-100 from Advanced Energy Industries is an Isolated AC-DC Converter that converts an AC input voltage of 90 - 264 V to a DC output voltage of 12.2 V. It also accepts a DC input voltage of 180 - 320 V. This converter delivers an output power of 3200 W and has an efficiency of up to 96%. It uses the latest power-switching and high-density component packaging techniques with 80PLUSTM Titanium efficiency to achieve a significantly narrower and shorter form factor, thus freeing up valuable system space. It includes an active power factor correction scheme that allows current sharing while providing an inrush current control. This converter is hot pluggable and offers N+N and N+1 redundant components requiring cold redundancy with a closed-loop throttle. It can be digitally controlled using the I2C interface via Advanced Energy’s universal PMBus graphical user interface. This converter is available in a rack-mount package that measures 265 x 73.5 mm and is ideal for computing and AI applications.
