The EV100H3N1K from OmniOn Power is an AC-DC Fast Charger Rectifier that steps down an AC input voltage of 260 - 530 V to a DC output voltage of 150 - 1000 V. It delivers an output power of 30 kW and has an efficiency (peak) of more than 96%. This AC-DC converter is designed to meet the unique needs of electric vehicle (EV) charger applications. It delivers a maximum output current of 100 A with a power density of 44.8 W/inch³ while providing a broad output charging range combined with the rectifier’s high operating efficiency, making it an ideal solution for current and future EV charging infrastructure. This converter enables rapid serviceability and parallel installations, owing to the rectifier’s modular, self-contained, air-cooled chassis. It features CANOpen communications interface for remote communication, monitoring, and control of the converter. This AC-DC converter is available in a chassis-mount package that measures 300 x 84 x 435 mm.
