The RACM15E-K Series from Recom Power are Isolated AC-DC Power Supplies that step down an AC input voltage of 80-275 V to a DC output voltage of up to 30 V. They deliver an output power of 15 W and have an efficiency of less than 86%. These AC-DC converters consist of a rectifier with bulk cap, a switcher, a transformer with auxiliary winding, a circuit containing a fuse, an inrush current limiter, an input filter, a flyback controller, feedback and isolation, an output controller, and an output rectifier. They operate based on constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) modes and provide a regulated output under a still air convection mechanism.

These power supplies are equipped with international certifications that ensure simplified integration into applications operating at an altitude of up to 3000 m or 5000 m. They meet EN55032 Class B EMI guidelines in floating load configurations and include robust circuitries to protect against over-load, over-voltage, and short-circuit conditions.
