The AQM200 Series from XP Power are GaN AC-DC Power Supplies that convert an AC input voltage of 85-264 V to an output voltage of 12-48 V. These converters deliver a standby power of less than 0.15 W and have an efficiency of up to 93.5%. They utilize GaN semiconductor technology and follow energy efficiency level VI & EU CoC tier 2 compliance. These converters are approved for use as per the international medical EMC safety standards. They are available in an IP-22-rated fully sealed enclosure that measures 166.5 x 54.2 x 33 mm and are suitable for healthcare, home healthcare, and medical diagnostics applications.
