The ACS37032LZ Series from Allegro MicroSystems are Automotive-Grade Current Sensor ICs. These transducers require a supply voltage of 3-3.6 V and can measure current levels of 20-30 A. They use a hall-effect element to sense DC and low-frequency currents, and an inductive coil for sensing high-frequency currents. These AEC-Q100-qualified sensors employ differential sensing through paired Hall plates and coils, effectively canceling out common-mode magnetic interference. They maintain galvanic isolation with a 3500 VRMS isolation rating. These sensors offer a typical response time of 40 ns, and low noise characteristics. They include a FAULT output for fast open drain overcurrent detection. These sensors are available in surface-mount packages that measure 6.00 x 4.89 x 1.47 mm.
