The LTM8047 from Analog Devices is an Isolated Flyback DC-DC Converter that converts an input voltage of 3.1 - 32 V to an output voltage of 2.5 - 12 V. This DC-DC converter consists of a current mode switching controller, power switch, transformer, power Schottky diode, bypass capacitors, and other supporting components. It uses only a single resistor to set the output voltage and utilizes other components to control soft-start function and bias. The converter galvanically separates the primary side from the secondary side by 725 V. It allows the user to select an appropriate voltage to prevent false triggers, thereby offering greater flexibility.

This RoHS-compliant converter integrates under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and soft-start protection circuits to prevent false trigger and short-circuit-related damages.
