The AP61300Q from Diodes Incorporated is an Automotive Qualified Non-Isolated DC-DC Converter that steps down an input voltage from 2.4 V to 5.5 V to an output voltage of 0.6 V. This synchronous buck converter has a continuous output current of 3 A. It provides a switching frequency of 2.2 MHz and has an efficiency of up to 84%. This step-down converter consists of a 70 mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 50 mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide a highly efficient step-down DC-DC conversion.
