The BMR314 Series from Flex Power Modules are Non-Isolated Digital Buck DC-DC Converters that convert an input voltage of 38-60 V to an output voltage of 9.5-15 V. They deliver an output power of 800 W and have an efficiency of 97.5%. These converters are designed to support AI applications as a first intermediate bus converter (IBC) step to further convert the desired downstream core voltage before voltage regulation module (VRM) or point-of-load (POL) solutions are used. They offer a power density of over 0.3 kW/cm3 or 5 kW/cm3 when delivering peak power to the loads. 

These DC-DC converters include a PMBus interface for configuring the modules based on the requirements. They also incorporate power switches on the top to operate with top-side cooling towards a heat sink or a cold plate, thereby supporting high load conditions. These RoHS-compliant converters also utilize conduction-based and air-based cooling mechanisms to ensure reliable operation. They are available in compact surface-mount packages that measure 28.00 x 17.80 x 9.65 mm.
