The BMR4912510/871 from Flex Power Modules is a Quarter-Brick Isolated Buck DC-DC Converter that converts an input voltage of 40 - 60 V to an output voltage of 24 V. It delivers an output power of up to 1300 W and has an efficiency of 97.1%. This DC-DC converter is based on Flex’s sixth-generation digitally controlled advanced bus converter solution that provides full regulation with an optimally designed baseplate to ensure excellent thermal performance. It can be remotely controlled using the SMBus interface that enables the user to configure many aspects of the device operation and monitor other parameters such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, and device temperature.

This RoHS-compliant converter consists of built-in over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and short-circuit protection functions to prevent over-current-related damages. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 58.4 x 36.8 x 14.5 mm and is ideal for industrial applications.
