The INN3947FQ-TL from Power Integrations is an Automotive Grade DC-DC Buck converter that converts an input voltage of 40-1200 V to an output voltage of 5-24 V. It delivers an output power of up to 50 W and has an efficiency of less than 95%. This converter combines a multi-mode valley-switching DCM/CCM flyback controller, switch, and secondary-side sensing within a single compact package. It utilizes FluxLink technology that provides reinforced isolation and enables precise output voltage regulation. 

This AEC-Q100-qualified converter offers protection capabilities, including programmable input undervoltage, auto-restart for overvoltage and overcurrent faults, and over-temperature shutdown. It has excellent noise immunity that ensures compliance with the EN61000-4 suite and other stringent automotive electromagnetic compatibility requirements. This RoHS-compliant converter is available in a surface-mount package that measures 13.43 x 9.40 x 1.60 mm and is ideal for automotive power supplies such as emergency power supplies (EPS), traction inverter systems, high-voltage to low-voltage DC/DC converters, battery management systems, on-board chargers, and 12 V standby systems applications.
