The R0.5Z series from Recom Power are Isolated Buck DC-DC Converters that convert an input voltage of 5 - 24 V to an output voltage of 5 - 15 V. These DC-DC converters deliver an output power of 0.5 W and have an efficiency of 50 - 62 %. They have been designed for isolating or converting DC power rails where board space is at a premium. These RoHS-compliant DC-DC converters incorporate an internal linear regulator to deliver a stable output voltage, which makes them ideal for a powering logic level or voltage-sensitive circuitry.
