The SiC931BED-T1-GE3 from Vishay is a Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter that converts an input voltage of 4.5 - 18 V to an output voltage of 0.6 V. It has a switching frequency of 2 MHz and an efficiency of 95%. This converter’s architecture supports ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation under very light load conditions. It includes an internal compensation circuit and does not require any external ESR network to ensure loop stability. This DC-DC converter incorporates a power-saving scheme operating in an ultrasonic mode that significantly increases light load efficiency.
