The M20A_220 from Delta Electronics is a Three-Phase Photovoltaic Inverter that converts a DC input voltage of 200 - 1000 V to an AC output voltage of 220 - 400 V. It delivers an output power of 22 kW and has an efficiency of 98.5%. This DC-AC inverter includes two sets of maximum power point (MPP) trackers that allow flexibility when PV arrays are facing in different directions, minimizing energy losses and maximizing yields. It integrates H4 fast connects for easy plug-in during installation and has a toggle latch design that saves considerable time for maintenance while minimizing the risk of water intrusion. It has a Wi-Fi antenna with embedded Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports and requires only a single Wi-Fi router to connect to Delta Cloud, thereby offering wireless communication, APP quick commission, and monitoring services.

This IP-66-rated inverter consists of arc fault detection, DC reverse polarity detection, insulation resistance detection, string monitoring, surge protection, and leakage current protection to detect and prevent over-current-related damages. It is available in a chassis-mount package that measures 651 x 520 x 220 mm.
