The SG6250HV-MV from Sungrow Corporation is a Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Inverter System that converts a DC input voltage of 875-1500 V to an AC output voltage of 20-35 kV. It delivers an output power of 3437 kVA (over 2 output ports) and has an efficiency of 99.0%. This inverter is based on an advanced three-level technology that delivers high efficiency while maintaining a low system cost. It consists of an MV transformer, switchgear, and an LV auxiliary power supply. This inverter system supports active and reactive power control and power ramp rate control. It has a modular design that offers easy maintenance. 

This DC-AC inverter has integrated zone monitoring and MV parameter monitoring functions for online analysis and troubleshooting through a convenient touch screen. It is equipped with circuit breakers and DC Type I + II/AC Type II surge protection for safety. This inverter also includes ONAN cooling mechanisms for the transformer to achieve full power operation at 50°C. It is available in an IP65-rated enclosure that measures 12192 x 2896 x 2438 mm.
