The SG6800HV-MV from Sungrow Corporation is a Grid-Connected Photovoltaic DC-AC Inverter that converts a DC input voltage of 875-1500 V to an AC output voltage of 20-35 kV. It delivers an output power of 3437 kVA (across 2 output ports) and has an efficiency of up to 99.0%. This photovoltaic (PV) inverter uses an advanced 3-level technology that is designed to achieve high efficiency while maintaining a low-cost design. It incorporates an MV transformer, a switch gear, and an LV auxiliary power supply. This PV inverter provides active and reactive power control with power ramp control. It has a modular design that enables easy maintenance and a 40-foot container design that contributes to low transportation and installation costs.

This DC-AC inverter integrates zone monitoring and MV parameter monitoring capabilities and has an integrated touchscreen that allows users to conveniently analyze or troubleshoot the inverter. It consists of DC Type I + II/AC Type II surge protectors and circuit breakers for high reliability, along with ONAN cooling mechanisms for better thermal performance. This inverter system is available in an IP65-rated enclosure that measures 12192 x 2896 x 2438 mm.
