The FD0201YM00TR from Fagor Electronica is a Diac that is ideal for simplified gate control circuits, starting elements in fluorescent lamp ballasts, universal motor speed control, heat control, and other switching applications. It has a break-over voltage of 32 V and a break-over current of less than 15 µA. This RoHS-compliant diac is a silicon bidirectional device with excellent symmetry and a very low leakage current. It can withstand a solder dip under a temperature of up to 260°C for 10 seconds. It meets moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL 1), ensuring reliability and longevity. This WEEE-compliant diac is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3.5 x 1.5 mm.
