The G1.1 from GEM Motors is an In-Wheel Synchronous Multi-Phase Electric Motor that represents one of the most advanced propulsion systems for urban electric vehicle applications. It requires an input voltage of 48 - 75 V. This electric motor delivers a peak output power of 2 kW and has an efficiency of up to 91%. It provides a torque of 80 Nm and has a speed of up to 350 rpm. This synchronous motor is based on GEM’s patented modular multi-phase technology and is based on an architecture that supports modular mounting options and different speed versions. It is a fully integrated drive solution that operates in a safe low-voltage regime using an air cooling system. The motor includes a built-in innovative modular design that allows development with a factory-set power level while offering users to customize their design to meet specific requirements.
