The A89506KESSR-J from Allegro Microsystems is an Automotive Qualified Full-Bridge Gate Driver IC that is designed to provide pulse width modulation (PWM) control for DC motors and actuators in conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles. This gate driver has an input voltage from 5.5-50 V. It is capable of providing gate drive for all N-Channel external MOSFET bridge circuits. This gate driver consists of a PHASE/ENABLE/MODE control logic to control the speed and direction of a DC motor with externally applied PWM control signals.
