The LTC7000 from Analog Devices is an Automotive Qualified High-Side NMOS Static Switch Driver that is ideal for load and supply switch drivers, electronic valve drivers, and high-frequency high-side gate driver applications. It requires an input voltage of 3.5 - 150 V. This AEC-Q100-qualified gate driver has been designed to operate efficiently with input voltages of up to 135 V, making it suitable for various applications. It features an internal charge pump that enables external N-channel MOSFET switches, ensuring continuous operation without the need for frequent toggling.

This gate driver is capable of driving large gate capacitances with exceptionally short transition times. It includes an internal comparator that monitors switch current levels. This gate driver enhances system reliability by triggering a fault flag and implementing automatic retries with a cooldown period if a preset threshold is exceeded. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.03 x 4.90 x 1.10 mm.
