The NGD4300DJ from Nexperia is a High-Performance Dual MOSFET Gate Driver that is designed to drive both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck or a half-bridge configuration. It requires an input voltage of 8 - 17 V. This gate driver has input signals complying with both TTL and CMOS signaling at 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V. It has output signals with excellent propagation delay matching and achieves fast propagation times.
