The L99H92QF-TR from STMicroelectronics is an Automotive-Qualified Dual Half-Bridge Pre-Driver that is compatible with standard-level threshold N-MOSFETs. It requires an input voltage of 4.51 - 28 V. This gate driver has 3.3 V/5 V compatible I/Os with all pins linked to the microcontroller. It has a fail-safe input and its VDD is made tolerant to battery exposure. This gate driver provides configurable full-bridge or dual independent half-bridge control. It features a dual-stage charge pump supporting a 100% PWM duty cycle down to 5.41 V battery voltage. This gate driver has charge pump output available for driving an external reverse battery N-MOSFET protection. This gate driver features a programmable gate driving current (up to 170 mA) for output voltage slew rate control, programmable drain-source monitoring for over-current protection and programmable cross-current protection time (dead time). It also benefits from open load and output short circuit detection in off-state diagnostic mode.
