The DG646BH25 from Dynex Semiconductor is a Gate Turn-Off Thyristor that is ideal for variable-speed AC motor drive inverters (VSDAC), uninterruptable power supplies, high voltage converters, choppers, welding, induction heating, and DC/DC converters. It has a break-over voltage of 2500 V and a break-over current of less than 2500 A. This thyristor has a gate trigger voltage of up to 1 V and a gate trigger current of less than 3 A.
